ABU-DLC approves intra and inter-Universities transfers for undergraduate programmes

The management of Ahmadu Bello University,Zaria has approved intra-university and inter-universities transfers  into the ABU Distance Learning Centre.

The approval is sequel to ABU 517th senate meeting held on 1st, December,2022 which necessitated the approval.

By the approval, ABU-DLC would start accepting transfer applications for both programmes available in ABU and other universities for intra-university and inter-universities transfer as accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

According to the management on the conditions to be met for the consideration of transfer  "Candidates can only transfer their programmes to undergraduate degree programmes available at ABU-DLC.The transfer is only allowed from 200-300 level for 4-year programmes and 200-400 level for 5-year programmes. Candidates are to note that all university minimum entry requirements for admission must be satisfied. Also, the minimum CGPA's are 1.50 and 2.4 for both intra-university and inter-universities transfers respectively."

In addition, candidates are enjoined to carefully study the transfer guidelines before submitting their applications.To submit transfer application:

•Complete the sign-up section and submit.

•Activate Email notification to log in 

•Go through "eligibility for transfer " information.

•Apply by filling in the field on the application form and submit.

•Proceed to the payment gateway to initiate payment transaction.

•Complete payment and submit the application.

•Get submission notification.
