The Zaria community is grieving the loss of Alhaji Bala Bello, a renowned business mogul, philanthropist and pillar of the community, who passed away on Monday, February 3,2025, at the age of 77, at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching hospital.
Alhaji Bello, who is widely known as the founder and head of Alba Bello Trading Company, was an entrepreneur who built a business empire that employed countless individuals and contributed immensely to the economic growth of Zaria.
Alhaji Bello's impact went far beyond his business accomplishments. He was a dedicated philanthropist who supported numerous charitable causes and educational institutions. His generosity and kindness touched the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The funeral prayers for Alhaji Bello were held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at around 10am at the NBAIS field (National Board for Arabic and Islamic studies). He was laid to rest in accordance with the Islamic rites.
In this time of grief, members of the community send prayers and their deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. They pray that his soul finds eternal peace, and his legacy continues to inspire future generations.
