ABU Launches Alumni Data Update Survey

 By Abigail Dada

The Directorate of Advancement & International Education (DAIE) at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has launched an official Alumni Data Update and Engagement Survey aimed at strengthening institutional ties and building active global alumni network.

The University management emphasizes that graduation is the beginning of a lifelong relationship, not the end of it. As a result, alumni are regarded as key ambassadors of the institution’s legacy.

According to DAIE, the survey is designed to:

  • Update official alumni records
  • Enhance direct communication with graduates
  • Broaden networking opportunities
  • Align future university support and development programmes with alumni needs

The University has assured alumni that all responses provided in the survey are confidential and secure and will be used solely for administrative purposes and official alumni relations.

The survey takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes to complete and is open to both recent graduates and older alumni who wish to update their current information.

Alumni are encouraged to fill out the form today to register their presence in the Alumni database. Previously registered alumni can also use the form to update their details.
