We receive all kinds of news, opinions, and importantly news from social media which tends to trigger us in one way or the other every day.
But most of these loaded information that we received are not actually the reality in our societies. They're different news from different creators ranging from media houses to bloggers and content creators who are just concerned about engagements.
When we receive this kind of information as people with sense of reasoning, our first responsibility is not accepting such an info, instead we should try to verify if what was truly reported is true.
When we as a society verify information, it becomes bulletproof against manipulation, misinformation, and unnecessary drama.
Again, when we rush to spread unverified claims, we accidentally damage reputations, fuel fear, and deepen divisions which leads to different conflicts and the the end of every conflict if not well managed is VIOLENCE.
True national development doesn’t just fall on the shoulders of leadership alone. It depends on responsible citizens. Every informed decision we make, every fact we verify, and every respectful conversation we have is a brick used to build a stronger nation.
